Our policy lasts 15 days. You can get a full refund when you return your item(s) within 15 days. When you receive item(s) that is defective, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us immediately so we can make it right. For faster assistance with a return or exchange claim, please email us with your order number, contact information, photos, and videos concerning the damages or flaws(if applicable). Please keep all items and packaging materials until your claim is resolved.
What items can I return or exchange?All returns and exchanges must be in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean, and free of lint and hair. Merchandise must be in its original packaging with all tags attached or cellophane wrap/seals intact. Once any tag has been removed, an item cannot be returned.

I am 5'4 1/2" and 155 lbs. ordered this try on in peacock size 14. Fits perfect. Will need to be hemmed because I am too short, but its gorgeous! Deep, rich color, quality material and craftmanship! Of the 3 try on dresses I ordered my besties, my son and my parents all picked this one.

Everyone raved at the elegance of the drape sleeves. The sleeve does not restrict movement at all. The wrapped waist and flowing skirt are also very slimming to a sz 14 rounder belly.

Too many times what you purchase online does not look like. What is received in the mail. Dreamylily is far from this. What you see on their image is absolutely what you will receive. I purchased this dress and it is gorgeous! The stitching is detailed and beautifully done. The sizes are also true to size. I am a 12, I purchase a 12 and it fits.
