What items can I return or exchange?All returns and exchanges must be in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean, and free of lint and hair. Merchandise must be in its original packaging with all tags attached or cellophane wrap/seals intact. Once any tag has been removed, an item cannot be returned.

I had this gown made to customer fit. the workmanship is beautiful, has a built-in bra, so though a bra was not necessary, I still wore one. beautifully comfortable, lace is gorgeous. Felt.like Cinderella. wore it to a Fund-raiser Ball. my only criticism would be that it would have been nicer to have a slightly less boat neckline. I definitely recommend it. I added another 2" to my measurements to have it longer. this is the 2nd outfit I've ordered from Dreamylily and been happy with both gowns

The dress is stunning and fits wonderfully, but it arrived quite wrinkled. After steaming, it looked perfect! The lace detailing is exquisite, and the chiffon material flows beautifully.

This dress is gorgeous, and the quality is great! The lace and sequins add just the right amount of sparkle. However, it was a little loose on me, so I had to get minor alterations. Other than that, it was perfect for the occasion!
