Please keep all items and packaging materials until your claim is resolved.
What items can I return or exchange?All returns and exchanges must be in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean, and free of lint and hair. Merchandise must be in its original packaging with all tags attached or cellophane wrap/seals intact. Once any tag has been removed, an item cannot be returned.

I was very happy with my dress. It was custom size order so I was pleased with the fit, especially because I am 5'2". I received some nice complements and people loved the color Wysteria, it beautifully matched the amethyst and gold jewelry that I wore. The skirt had a lot of wrinkles when I received it, but I was able to get them out with my iron on low setting with steam.

Having brought 2 other dresses from two other companies and been very disappointed, I decided to change buying my final dress from Dreamylily.
Being very skeptical on what I would finally receive.
My son is getting married in July and wanted every lady to feel like a bride so chose white.
Being a larger lady it had to look and feel right
The dress came in the smallest of boxes which sent my heart racing for disappointment. How wrong I was to be.

The Length was longer than expected but I am only 5'2 and did not go for the custom made choice.
But still looks ok
ONLY PROBLEM I HAVE IS THERE IS A SMALL PURPLE STAIN ON THE FRONT OF THE BEAUTIFUL DRESS..

this is such a gorgeous dress, I got it for my mom, and she can't wait to wear it. the details are gorgeous. the color is stunning, the material is great quality! just absolutely lovely! you wont be disappointed. it arrived so fast! we couldn't be happier.
