What items can I return or exchange?All returns and exchanges must be in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean, and free of lint and hair. Merchandise must be in its original packaging with all tags attached or cellophane wrap/seals intact. Once any tag has been removed, an item cannot be returned.

A little more than 10 days since I received the dress but needed someone to help me zip (I have a bad shoulder). Had mine custom made and it fits perfectly - like a glove. Even the length is spot on.
